Recognizing the significant workforce issue the Massachusetts boating industry is currently facing the Massachusetts Marine Trades Educational Trust (MMTET), working with the Massachusetts Marine Trades Association (MMTA) have made workforce development a top priority. We created a new video to highlight and introduce people to the boating industry with a focus on jobs. In addition we created this website to focus on three main workforce development items.
This website will focus on the following three main items:
Jobs - The website has an active jobs board to search for available jobs and to post your resume or job search information if you are looking for a position.
Educational partners / schools / training programs - The website has a link for our educational partners including schools and training programs in the area.
Scholarship information - The website provides information on our Educational Trust scholarship fund and includes the application to apply for a grant.
